As a female personal trainer, I understand the unique challenges and concerns that women face when it comes to fitness. I have always had a passion for health and fitness and have been lucy enough to base my career around something I love. My overall goal is to make achieving a healthy lifestyle more accesible and sustainable for everyone. 

I provide guidance on navigating the supermarket aisles to reading food lables and cooking more at home. I wokr personal food preferences and the individual to acheive their health goals. 

I strive to crate challenging and fun gitness programs that use functional movements, power lifting and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to help people get stronger, faster and look better.
