Our fully air-conditioned, spacious main gym includes a full range of cardiovascular equipment such as treadmills, rowers, cross trainers and exercise bikes, plus resistance machines for a whole body workout, and Powerplate.
We also have a large area of floor space for functional exercise with gym balls, medicine balls, steps, plyometric boxes, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, TRX, battling rope, Prowler and ViPRs, which you can incorporate into your routine.
Dedicated weights room
Separate from the main gym our weights room has a large selection of dumbbells plus olympic lifting bars and bumper plates, several squat racks, a lifting platform, cable machine, benches and a range of resistance machines to help you get the most from your strength training.
A well-equipped, separate ladies gym is situated upstairs with a range of machines and equipment. (You may see male staff or personal trainers in the ladies gym.)
Support and advice
Our gym staff are available to offer advice on anything, from the most appropriate exercises to meet your goals, to proper use of equipment and helping ensure correct technique.
