We are lucky to have one of the largest custom-built studios in Bristol boasting over 35 classes every week. 

Our team of talented instructors offer a wide variety with something for everyone, including Zumba, Body Pump, Body Combat, Kettlebells, Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Bums & Tums and Circuits. It’s the ideal place to enjoy your workout.

We also have a purpose-built spinning/indoor cycling studio with 10 instructor-led classes each week, plus CyclexVR – a revolutionary system that runs virtual classes when YOU want them.

  • Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and arrive in good time for your class.
  • Members: Book classes at reception or call 01454 888666. Members may book up to one week in advance.
  • Non members: Welcome to all classes at £5.00 per class. Book on the day of the class only.

Junior Fit Club

  • Child member: free
  • Parent is a member but not child: £2.75
  • Neither parent nor child is a member: £3.75
