Class Descriptions

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, jumping and lunging with strength exercises such as push ups and squats. A Les Mills instructor will put out energising tunes and lead you through the workout. 

A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness! No experience needed. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

For anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

HIIT (High intensity interval training) is an enhanced, intense and highly time efficient form of interval training that conditions the whole body, boosting fitness, strength, stamina and overall physical functionality.

Takes place on stationary bikes in a fitness studio with an energised atmosphere. This is a great way to experience a cycling workout in a group environment, get fit and burn plenty of calories.

Intended to be a daily practice, this powerful, healing practice is a specific sequence of postures (asanas) linking breath (pranayama) and movement (vinyasa). Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.

Our indoor cycling class, set to the rhythm of motivating music. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You are in control so you can build up your training level over time.

A Yoga/Pilates inspired class designed to build endurance strength whilst increasing flexibility.

Rebalance and restore with this steady practice to reset your mind and body. We will utilise the props for support, get grounded and melt tension. It is structured around healing and rejuvenating and is suitable for all levels of Yoga.

A fusion of Latin and international music / dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting workout that helps increase fitness and sculpt the body.
