Over the next couple of years there will be road works extending the metrobus route along Gipsy Patch Lane and replacing the railway bridge.
This will mean that sometimes Gipsy Patch Lane is closed around the railway bridge area, or that there may be traffic lights somewhere along Gipsy Patch Lane.
Riverside will be open as normal throughout, but the works will cause disruption to traffic so you may want to make alternative route plans to get here.
There are also roadworks at Great Stoke roundabout (the rabbit roundabout) with lane restrictions but no total road closure.
TIMETABLE FOR WORKS
From Monday 13th January the junction at the bottom of Station Road onto Gypsy Patch Lane will be closed for two weeks. Riverside is open as normal with diversions bringing members in along Clay Lane. Gypsy Patch Lane will be open during this time although there may be traffic management controls.
