You can freeze payments for up to three months within a 6-month period, free of charge. Avoid cancelling and having to re-join with joining fees.

Your monthly payments will be frozen and your access to the gym will be paused during your freeze. Please fill in the form below and we will work to get back to you within 5 working days. We ask for 14 working days’ notice before your payment is due out to action the freeze in time.
