NEW KIT COMING!
On Tuesday 9th April we have the following kit being installed in the downstairs weights gym. This kit will be replacing some of the older fixed weights kit in there at the moment:
Life Fitness Hammer Strength
:Shoulder Press, Chest Press, Rear Fly/Pec Deck, Leg Extension, Lying Leg Curl
Although the install and removal will be conducted as quickly as possible, some resistance kit will be unavailable for use on Tuesday morning from 7am.
