Hello, my name is Owen Anderson and I’m a personal trainer here at Riverside.
Since I can remember, I’ve always had a fascination with the strength of the human body and the methods of improving that strength (i.e picking up heavy discs over and over).
I love teaching and performing barbell movements, and I’m a firm believer that a good workout programme is the one you stick to. Therefore as a personal trainer, I find it most important to give my clients a programme they will most enjoy doing, whilst simultaneously hitting their goals. See you around the gym!
