Hi, I’m Michelle Nino, I’ve been a PT for 18 years and relocated to Cardiff in December 2022. I offer 1-2-1, buddy and small group training.
My training is fun, varied, and challenging. I will work with you in the Ladies Only area or in the main gym. My typical client initially lacks confidence in the gym, so my aim is to strengthen your body and mind, and help you enjoy your fitness journey. I have a body positive approach focusing on what you can do, rather than what you look like. Body shape changes will come naturally, so let’s just focus and having fun and exploring what you and your body are capable of.
Lifestyle and nutrition support are included to support your goals. I have experience of working with health issues and disabilities, and you will be welcomed by me regardless of any barriers to exercise you may have.
My clients enjoy varied training to suit their goals and preferences including weights, pad work, cardio, core focus or conditioning. I also love to get clients together outdoors and take part in group walks, hikes or runs. I have a background of endurance, strength training and martial arts and am excited to share my energy and love of movement with you.
