Fitness Classes

The fitness studio is always popular here at Riverside Sports & Leisure Club, thanks mainly to our excellent timetable of classes and friendly instructors.

Members can book classes up to 7 days in advance, and some classes with limited availability (ie studio cycling) could be full. Peak membership allows use of any class, off peak members are restricted to off peak times only. Non members are welcome to attend classes on the day at an approx cost of £5.00 per class.

For parents, the timetable runs in line with the Creche and Playzone opening hours.

In our brand new sports hall, we have running every Tuesday and Thursday evening, Zumba 6.00-7.00pm. Check out our timetable below!

Our current class timetable is in operation from 2nd January 2013.

Please be aware that on Bank Holidays and Holiday periods, for example, Christmas, we will run a shorter class timetable. Please see reception or call 01452 413214 for a timetable during these periods.
